3.1. Information collected

The information that the Operator collects about the users of the Site consists mainly of:

information on the use of the Site or how to navigate the Site.

3.2. Purpose of processing

The purposes for which personal data are collected include:

Legal basis

The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

The controller will also ensure the right to data portability.

Where the processing is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal of the consent.

The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or with any competent authority if he or she considers that his or her rights concerning his or her personal data have been infringed.
